Advisory · Human-led, AI-amplified
Put agents to real work. Safely.
The Executive AI Ramp is a 90-day engagement that takes marketing and GTM leaders from using AI tools to operating an agent-augmented team, with a trust layer and proof you can point to.
The engagement
Three phases, one trust layer
01
Agent Leverage Map
We map where agents create the most leverage in your revenue and marketing architecture, then choose pilots on learning velocity, not ROI projections. You leave knowing the highest-leverage places to act first.
02
Trust Layer
The governance and guardrails that let agents act without keeping you up at night. This is the spine of the engagement: scope, oversight, and the decision rights that make autonomy safe.
03
Deploy + Decisive Leadership
We stand up one or two real agent workflows and build the decision practice your team needs to run them. Proof over slides. You finish with something working, not a roadmap to nowhere.
Named pillar
Signal Engineering
When your buyers ask an AI instead of a search bar, you need to be the answer it gives. Signal Engineering (GEO, AEO, and agent access) is built into the Ramp so your brand stays findable and cited in AI answers. It is current, rarely offered, and proven on my own sites.
Three questions
A quick way to know if we should talk
- 1Can you draw your revenue architecture on a whiteboard?
- 2Do you know which revenue drivers have the highest AI leverage potential?
- 3Are you selecting pilots based on learning velocity, or just financial projections?
If those are hard to answer, that is exactly where we start.
Ways to work together

Strategic guidance on a quarterly rhythm: roadmap updates, executive coaching, and a steady hand as your agent stack grows. For leaders who want a thinking partner past the initial build.
Talk about a retainerCommon questions
- Who is the Executive AI Ramp for?
- Marketing and GTM leaders who are past curiosity and under real pressure to deploy AI and agents. If you are accountable for revenue and need agents working safely inside your team rather than as a science project, this is built for you.
- How is this different from a typical AI consultant?
- Most AI consulting ends at a slide deck. This is advisory plus deployment: you finish with one or two real agent workflows running and the decision practice to operate them. The work is grounded in a production agent stack I run myself and build in public.
- What is Signal Engineering?
- Signal Engineering is getting your brand found and cited when buyers ask an AI instead of a search engine. It covers generative engine optimization (GEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), and agent access (AAO). It is a named deliverable in the Ramp, not an afterthought.
- Do we have to start with the full 90-day Ramp?
- No. Most engagements start with the two-week Agent Leverage Map sprint. It is a fixed-fee diagnostic that gives you a prioritized plan, and the fee credits toward the Ramp if you decide to continue.
- Is this implementation or advisory?
- Advisory first. I help you decide what to build, why, and how to govern it, then we stand up a working proof together. The goal is to leave your team able to operate agents on its own, not dependent on an outside vendor.
- What does the Trust Layer actually cover?
- Scope and guardrails for what agents are allowed to do, human oversight and decision rights, and the explainability that lets you defend an agent-assisted decision. It is the difference between agents you can trust to act and agents you have to babysit.
