A marketing leader who learned to build.

I spent years leading marketing for technology companies, the kind of work where you are accountable for revenue and expected to have answers before anyone else does. When AI started changing what a small team could do, I did not want to watch from the strategy deck. I wanted to build.

So I did. Skylark 118 is the studio where that building happens: products, AI agents, and the advisory work that comes from running real systems rather than reading about them. I operate human-led and AI-amplified. People set the direction and hold the judgment, and agents do the work that should not need a human in the first place.

What I believe

The leaders who win the next few years will not be the ones who bought the most tools. They will be the ones who learned to decide well with agents in the room, who built a trust layer before they needed it, and who stayed findable when their buyers started asking an AI instead of a search engine.

That is the work I do with clients through the Executive AI Ramp, and the work I share in public so other people can learn it too. I am also a watercolor artist, which is probably why I care as much about how something feels as how it performs.
